Mr. Zhu Yingbo is the founder and CEO of AllSaints Music Technology(Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. Previously, he served as the CEO of China Telecom's Tianyi iMusic Company.
Mr. Zhu Yingbo holds both bachelor's and master's degrees from Zhejiang University. He began his career in IT technology companies including Hangzhou Telecom and Philips headquarters in Netherlands. After obtaining a Professional Doctorate in Engineering (PDEng) from Eindhoven University of Technology in Netherlands, he returned to China and played a pivotal role as a core founding member and senior executive to establish Aspire Tech under China Mobile which was one of the first-generation internet companies and played a critical role in the early stage of mobile internet development in China.
He was then involved in the founding of China Telecom's first digital music business unit which later became China Telecom Tianyi iMusic Company. He led the company to partner with over 800 content providers (CPs) and achieved significant growth in both user base and revenue and thus solidified the company’s position as the pioneer of the industry.
Having witnessed the entire journey of the digital music industry from its nascent stage to maturing stage, Mr. Zhu Yingbo recognized that there would be enormous growth opportunities for digital music Industry. Particularly at this era of Internet of Things and the emergence of new technologies such as AI, blockchain, big data, metaverse, Electronic Vehicle, VR/AR , there are huge demand for new creative music services and contents across various scenarios, various devices as well as new business models. The new technologies begin to have profound impact on how music contents are created and consumed.
With a vision for the promising future of the digital music industry, he partnered with Chen Ge, founder of Top100.cn (Google Music in China), to establish AllSaints Music Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. The company is dedicated to driving innovation and transformation in the sector. Shortly after its founding, it formed strategic partnerships with internationally renowned mobile technology companies, including OPPO, vivo, and Xiaomi, leveraging global technological resources to build a new generation innovative music platform and ecosystem.
Mr. Gary Chen is the co-founder and Chief Content Officer (CCO) of AllSaints Music Technology(Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. based in Shenzhen, China. As a veteran in music industry, he is best known for being the former Founder/CEO of Top100.cn and Google Music China which was the first legitimate online music service in China.
Mr. Gary Chen has BA degree in Management from Peking University and M.A. in International Finance from Brandeis University. He was the solo promoter of Cui Jian’s premier tour in the States in 1995. Gary came back to China in 1998 and founded Pulay Music and signed over twenty top Chinese artists/musicians including Cui Jian, Luo Dayou, Wang Feng and Zhang Yadong etc.
In September 2005, Gary and Yao Ming founded China first legitimate online music platform Top100.cn so he was often quoted as "Yao Ming's partner." In 2007, Google invested in top100.cn as a strategic investor. Top100.cn and Google Music together launched Google Music search service in year 2009 with support of almost all music companies including all major labels and publishers and grew the user base to over 100million within a year. The project is the beginning of legitimate online music service in China
In year 2016, Chen Ge joined Changba Music Group as its Partner and Chief Content Officer responsible for content strategy, artist management, production and global business.
Gary joined Mr. Zhu Yingbo to co-found AllSaints Music Technology(Shenzhen) Co., Ltd, embarking on a new entrepreneurial journey in global music industry.
Mr. Gary Chen has been a guest lecturer at Peking University's Institute of Cultural Industries, a frequent guest speaker and panel speaker at international music industry conferences such as MusicMatters HK, MIDEM, and Musexpo LA. He was invited to write and publish the book titled 《The Journey of An Entrepreneur - Why Google Chose Us》to tell the story of the first legitimate online music platform and how to make impossible happen in China. Gary has also served as VIP judges on hit music shows such as “Singer” by Hunan TV. He is the executive producer and producer of hundreds of songs.
